Jessie Zhou is the Senior Finance Director of Transpire Bio and she brings over 17 years of finance professional and leadership experience to the team to help drive profitability and growth. Jessie also serves as a member of the leadership team.
Prior to joining Transpire Bio, Jessie served as a finance director for GE HealthCare where she spent over 12 years taking different global finance leadership roles in digital, product management, manufacturing operation, R&D, service, and compliance & controllership. During her progressive career with GE HealthCare, Jessie drove multiple strategic business transformation initiatives with tangible results. Jessie also played a key role in managing GE HealthCare’s world class Financial Management Development Program (FMDP).
Jessie started her career with Ernest & Young (EY, one of the big four accounting firms) where she was engaged in multiple successful IPO projects. In addition, Jessie led projects related to risk management, financial due diligence and M&A.
Jessie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by both AICPA and CICPA, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) by Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
